The Football Association Refereeing Department, in association with the Danish Football Federation Referee Department, launched a “pilot scheme” whereby an exchange of young Referees from each country gained invaluable experience refereeing matches abroad.

Young English Referees have already been over to Denmark refereeing and now it was the turn of young Danish Referees. It was a tremendous success and further exchanges are planned. The scheme was hosted by Liverpool County Football Association who provided excellent training facilities.

The highlight of the exchange was for the Danish Referees to officiate at the renowned Liverpool Football Club Academy.

MMTV are celebrating being in the TV & Video industry for 25 years having started in 1985 as a Producer/Director specialising in sports and resort development in Southern Europe.

Our latest projects continue our close ties with The Football Association, particularly with regard to grass roots football. We've been over to Wembley filming at the Umbro Fives tournament as well as spending the day with Sir Geoff Hurst at the McDonalds Football Festival. You can view the video below.

MMTV is one of only three official companies supplying The FA with broadcast productions, and over the last few years have produced programmes such as 'Learn the Laws', 'Application of the Laws', 'Refereeing Today', 'Positioning & Movement', 'Disciplinary', and small sided football films such as 'Futsal' and the 'Umbro Fives' among others.
